During Thanksgiving, we often find brands that we’re thankful for, such as Wizards of the Coast LLC, a publisher of fantasy and science fiction games! Wizards has provided entertainment since Peter Adkinson founded it in 1990 (for its first years, it operated out of his basement in Seattle, WA). Since then, it has purchased and further popularized Dungeons & Dragons, staked a sword into card games (Magic: The Gathering), literature and video games. Monetary success aside, Wizards of the Coast brings friends together with their games (I for one being a beneficiary). How can one not be thankful for that?
