The Roku Channel is going to get a bunch of Emmy award–winning, bite-sized entertainment added to its library in 2021. This is exciting news to those who are Roku customers, because the additional content is free for them. According to the Roku blog, they’re “working on bringing [customers] more than 75 shows and hundreds of hours of entertainment.” There’s no doubt that this is a great way to add a ton of value to an already existing streaming service, at what we could only imagine was an incredible value (you know—because Quibi recently quit).
